Whey Protein Concentrate 80% is a high protein ingredient for use in food and feed products. It provides high nutritional value and energy, supporting product development in the food and feed industries. Due to its versatility, the product allows to increase the functional and nutritional value of a wide range of industrial applications.

Technical aspects

Whey Protein Concentrate 80% is a homogeneous, free-flowing powder, cream to light yellow in colour, with no extraneous odours or flavours. The product is aroma-neutral, which allows any flavour and aroma to be adjusted in production processes. WPC 80% is produced by ultrafiltration of sweet whey using advanced technology and at low temperature, which allows non-protein components to be reduced and a minimum protein content of 80% to be achieved.

Storage

The shelf life of 80% whey protein concentrate is approximately 12 months. The product should be stored in a dry, clean warehouse at a maximum temperature of 25°C and a maximum relative humidity of 75%.
