WPC 80 Instant, a high-protein whey concentrate, is a versatile ingredient with a wide range of applications. Widely used in the food industry to increase protein content and improve the texture of a variety of products, it also supports animal growth and development as a digestible source of protein in feed. Its functional properties, including solubility and ease of use, make it a valuable ingredient in modern formulations. Its natural origin and adaptability ensure its effectiveness in a variety of feed and food applications.

Technical aspects

Whey Protein Concentrate Instant is in the form of a free-flowing, homogeneous powder that is creamy to yellow in color, with no discernible odor or taste. Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) is obtained by producing sweet whey, which is produced by an advanced ultrafiltration process at very low temperatures.

Whey Protein Concentrate Instant contains 80% protein. Compared to WPC 35, the product contains significantly less lactose and sodium. In addition, it is easily soluble even in cold water and increases protein absorption.

Storage

The shelf life of Whey Protein Concentrate Instant is approximately 12 months. The product should be stored in a dry, clean warehouse at a maximum temperature of 25°C and a maximum relative humidity of 75%.
