Technical aspects

Whey Protein Concentrate 35% is in the form of a free-flowing powder, which has a creamy to yellow color and is neutral in taste and odor. It is obtained in the production of sweet whey by an advanced ultrafiltration process at very low temperatures. This process allows a protein content of not less than 35% in dry matter.

Whey Protein Concentrate 35% is an inexpensive source of dairy and protein, as well as vitamins, calcium, riboflavin and niacin. It is excellent for imitating and stabilizing fat. Whey Protein Concentrate 35% also has gelling and hydrophilic properties, so it can be very useful in the manufacture of processed products and can replace egg white. An important property of WPC 35 is also its ability to whip and foam, which is beneficial in the production of desserts (whipped cream) and diet products. Whey Protein Concentrate also improves the firmness of the texture of a product and reduces its acidity.

Storage

The storage period of Whey Protein Concentrate 35% is about 12 months. The product should be stored in a dry, clean warehouse with a max. temperature of 25°C and relative humidity max. 75%.
