Sweet Whey Powder (SWP) is a high-protein milk powder containing 80% milk protein, produced from fresh pasteurized skimmed milk through filtration, evaporation, and spray drying. This free-flowing powder features a characteristic milky taste and aroma.

SWP offers exceptional functional properties, including foaming, texturizing, water binding, and coagulation. Its concentrated protein content enhances its nutritional profile, while its high solubility and heat resistance make it highly versatile. Sweet Whey Powder improves rennet coagulation, minimizes gel formation, and boosts curd firmness. Additionally, its inclusion elevates calcium and vitamin D levels, making it a valuable ingredient for various applications.

Storage

Sweet Whey Powder can be stored for a period of 18 to 24 months. To maintain its quality, it should be kept in a clean, dry environment with temperatures not exceeding 25°C and a maximum relative humidity of 75%.
