Description

Organic freeze-dried strawberries are made from 100% organic strawberries, without additives. The product has a light to dark red color and a typical strawberry aroma and flavor. Supplied in powdered form, it is suitable for further processing in the food industry.

Technical aspects

The powder is homogeneous and fine, with a moisture content not exceeding 5%. It may contain up to 0.5% of other freeze-dried fruits. The product is free from GMOs and ionizing radiation and complies with EU regulations on pesticide residues. Microbiologically safe: Salmonella not detected, E. coli ≤10 cfu/0.1g.

Storage

The product retains its quality for 18 months from the end of the lyophilization process if stored in clean, dry, and dark conditions at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and relative humidity up to 75%.
