Description

Organic freeze-dried raspberries consist of 100% raspberries, without any additives. The product appears as pieces of fruit, pink to dark pink in color, with a typical raspberry aroma and taste. It is intended for food production and further grinding.

Technical aspects

The product contains a maximum of 5% moisture and no more than 0.5% of other freeze-dried fruits. It is GMO-free, not subjected to ionizing radiation, and complies with EU pesticide residue regulations. Microbiologically safe: no Salmonella, E. coli ≤10 cfu/0.1g.

Storage

The product maintains its quality for 18 months from the end of the lyophilization process, provided it is stored in a clean, dry, and dark place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and relative humidity not exceeding 75%.
