Description

Milk thistle is supplied as clean, uniform whole grains, known for their typical flavor and aroma. The product is widely used in functional food products, supplements, and applications focused on liver and digestive health.

Technical aspects

Made from 100% milk thistle seeds, the product is non-GMO, allergen-free, and has a maximum moisture content of 9% with 99.9% purity. No foreign matter is allowed. Field-origin residues do not exceed 0.1%. Compliant with EU Regulation 396/2005 on pesticides and heavy metals. Microbiologically safe: Salmonella – absent, E. coli <10 cfu/g, mould and yeasts <10⁴ cfu/g.

Storage

Minimum 730 days from the production date, and at least 547 days from delivery. Store in a cool, dry place.
