Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a naturally occurring sulfur compound known for its role in maintaining joint cartilage structure and supporting the musculoskeletal system. It is widely used in dietary supplements, functional foods, and pharmaceutical applications due to its potential anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. The product appears as a white crystalline powder, is odorless, and has a melting point of 108.5-110.5°C.

Technical aspects

Metylosulfonylometane is available in 60-80 mesh particle size, ensuring high solubility and ease of use. It undergoes rigorous microbiological and heavy metal testing, ensuring a high-purity product free from coliform bacteria, yeast, mold, and salmonella. The water content does not exceed 0.2%, and the bulk density is maintained at ≥0.65 g/ml. The product is also tested for heavy metal limits, ensuring safety in food and pharmaceutical applications.
