Description

Hemp seeds are small whole seeds ranging in color from pale yellow to brown, known for their nutty, characteristic flavor. They are widely used in bakery, health foods, plant-based products, and as a nutritious addition to snacks and cereals.

Technical aspects

Hemp seeds have a firm structure, moisture content below 10%, and a natural color ranging from pale yellow to brown. They are free from GMOs and allergens, and have a typical, nutty aroma and taste. The product is microbiologically safe, with no Salmonella detected and low levels of E. coli, yeast, and mould. It complies with EU standards on pesticides and heavy metals.

Storage

Best before 12 months from the date of manufacture. Store in a cool, dry place.
