Description

Deodorised cocoa butter in drops is a 100% pure product derived from cocoa beans. Presented in a convenient drop form, it offers ease of dosing and application in food and confectionery production. 

Technical aspects

The product contains a maximum of 0.10% free fatty acids and up to 1.75% moisture. It does not contain any allergens and is microbiologically safe, with low levels of total count, moulds, and yeasts. Pathogens such as E. coli and salmonella are absent.

Storage

The product remains stable for 24 months from the production date when stored in a clean, dry, odourless place at 12–20°C and max. 70% relative humidity.
