Technical aspects

Brown Rice Protein is a light beige powder with a mild flavor, produced by enzymatically separating carbohydrates from brown rice grains. It is hypoallergenic, easily digestible, and often paired with pea protein to optimize the amino acid profile.

This product contains a minimum of 80% protein with low moisture (max 10%) and a pH range of 5.5–8.0, ensuring quality and versatility in food applications. It is microbiologically safe, free from E. coli and Salmonella, and complies with strict contaminant limits for cadmium, lead, and aflatoxins.

Storage

The storage period of Brown Rice Protein is 24 months from the date of manufacture. Store the product in a cool (up to 20°C) and dry place (maximum 60% relative humidity), away from chemicals and materials with unpleasant odors.
