Technical aspects

Acid Whey Powder is a creamy-colored, free-flowing powder with a slightly sour taste. Produced from sweet whey through advanced low-temperature filtration, it retains essential nutrients and minerals. Its composition is similar to Sweet Whey Powder but features lower lactose content, higher acidity, and increased levels of calcium, phosphorus, and lactic acid.
In food, it is widely used in yogurts, fermented beverages, and dairy products, enhancing nutritional value and flavor. For feed, it serves as a rich source of nutrients to support animal health and development.

Storage

The shelf life of Acid Whey Powder is approximately 12 months. Store the product in a dry, clean warehouse with a maximum temperature of 25°C and a relative humidity of 75%.
